Surf & Turf will start off our sailing season with a bang!

The gathering begins at 6:00 pm on Saturday, June 30th. You can order lobster (details below) or bring your desired BBQ items. We ask all to bring an item for the sharing table – salad, side dish, dessert, veggies….This time we won’t assign a dish just bring something from one of the categories listed.
LYC members and LMAA staff who would like to order a lobster (or two) please email communications@lewisporteyachtclub.com and let us know:
1) How many lobsters
2) For whom you are ordering
We will arrange for the appropriate number of lobsters to be cooked, picked up and brought to the LYC in time for a yummy supper! We will have the butter ready for those who want it as well. Note we will be requesting lobsters that are approximately 1.5 pounds each and anticipate the cost between $15-$20. You can pay with the correct cash at the door but note that if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will still have to pay the cost of your lobster.
LYC Executive will also purchase a few mussels as an appetizer for our awesome group of talented sea-farers…we ask that you also reply to this email just to let us know you plan to come so that we have an idea of how many might enjoy a few of these critters before supper.
Our musically inclined members are encouraged to bring along an instrument and to tune up their vocal chords for those who want to relax with friends with a fully belly and glass of wine.
